We improved the speed and quality of our email writer feature by using the latest AI models. You can now craft replies and new emails even faster using our Inbox and CRM.

Important emails can slip through the cracks when you're busy. Set reminders for any email—incoming or outgoing—and get notified if you haven't received a response. It's a simple way to ensure nothing falls off your radar.
Multi-address & Address Types
Overjoy now pulls in all addresses from your Shopify and Faire accounts automatically. You can tag each one as retail location, office, or shipping address and Overjoy's store locator updates itself. Less manual work, fewer mistakes, happier customers.
